Introduction Autoimmune diseases are chronic and disabling conditions, especially because of the pain they cause. Substance use disorders on rise in these patients, problematic prescribed over-the-counter analgesics. Objectives to study socio-demographic profile patients with comorbidity between substance autoimmune diseases, assess reasons for admission, length hospitalization, main psychoactive substances found Methods A retrospective cross-sectional medical records co-morbid who were hospitalized addictology department ar-Razi University Psychiatric Hospital Salé January 2014 December 2021. Results 10 included our study, median age was 42, 76% male, 41.3% single, 63% had an average socio-economic level. 43.5% a history, reason admission depressive syndrome (50%), most common disease insulin-dependent diabetes, followed by IBD Conclusions suggests existence etiopathogenic mechanisms, management this requires multidisciplinary collaboration Disclosure Interest None Declared
